High Grade HDPE
Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty against structural failure of High Grade HDPE furniture for up to 20 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use, from the date of purchase. We further warrant our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and production for up to one year from the date of purchase.
At its discretion, Seaside Casual will repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product at no charge. Cash refunds are not issued. Shipping and handling costs are not covered. This warranty applies to furniture manufactured after January 1, 1999, and applies to the original purchaser only.

Coastline Collection
Coastline Collection products carry a limited warranty against structural failure for up to 10 years residential and 5 years commercial from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are warranted for up to one year. At its discretion, Seaside Casual will repair or replace defective furniture at no charge. Cash refunds are not issued.

Powder-Coated Aluminum Frames
The warranty covers the finish on exposed powder-coated aluminum frames for three years from the purchase date, protecting against peeling, cracking, or blistering. Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions will void this warranty.

Blistering or oxidation from scratches, dents, or power washing

Damage from improper care
Cushions and Pillows
Cushions are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Although water resistant, cushions are not waterproof and will absorb water in certain conditions. We recommend sheltering cushions during extended rain to avoid long drying times.

Woven Components
Resin wicker, nylon rope, and synthetic hyacinth products are warranted to withstand fading, weathering, and aging under regular use and proper care for three years from the date of purchase. Slight color variations between production batches do not fall under warranty consideration.

Fire Pit Table Components
Fire components, including Crystal Fire® burners, ignitions, electronics, and glass guards, are covered under the Outdoor Great Room Company warranty. Please contact us or the dealer from whom you purchased your fire pit table for assistance.
General Terms
All warranties run from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all claims. Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable. Seaside Casual will repair or replace defective products at its discretion. Cash refunds are not issued.
Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions will void all applicable warranties. Warranties do not cover product failures caused by acts of God, accidents, neglect, abuse, or improper shipping or handling. Seaside Casual is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
